Wheres the best place to eat in this area?
Can you recommend a good Chinese, Indian, Italian restaurant in the area of Swiss Cottage. Have lived in the area for a while but always venture away when eating out. Any advice would be warmly welcome.

You cannot go wrong with the Green cottage on New College Parade, Finchley Road for Chinese - its freindly, clean, reasonably priced and a favourite with locals - I have been going here for over 25 years and have never been disappointed.

Eriki 's is an Indian Restaurant on Northways Parade in Swiss Cottage that has great food - can be a litle expensive but well worth it, there Pistachio Murgh Korma is a firm favourite with me. Give them a go.

take a walk to Hampstead Village and you will be spoilt for choice for restaurants
